Here’s some important information to help you prepare for your move.
Preparing for the move
- Pay your first rent on time – you’ll find your rent invoice on Mina sidor. Rent is always paid in advance before the due date.
- Sign an agreement with either Tele2 or Telenor for broadband and cable TV.
- If in Gothenburg, set up an electricity network agreement with Göteborg Energi, and choose any electricity supplier for your electricity trading.
- Change your address via Skatteverket – use the official apartment number listed in your contract.
- Get home insurance from the day you receive your keys. As a Wallenstam tenant, you can try home insurance from Länsförsäkringar free for 3 months. Click on the links below to read more, please note that the information is in Swedish.

Pay rent on time
You’ll find your rent invoice on Mina sidor. Rent is always paid in advance, no later than the last weekday of the month.
Important to know:
- Unpaid rent will be sent to debt collection and may result in additional costs and a payment remark.
- Repeated late payments may lead to termination of your rental contract.
Register on Mina sidor & download our App
One month before your contract starts, you can download our resident app as well as
log on to Mina sidor. In the app, you can book sharing services and connect with your neighbours. On Mina sidor, you’ll find everything about your apartment – rent invoices, contracts, maintenance requests, and community rules.
Prior to moving in you will receive a separate email with more information about the resident app and how to register.

Electricity and water – you only pay for what you use
Your apartment has individual metering for electricity and water. The electricity is 100% renewable – from our own wind turbines and solar panels. Electricity and water are billed in arrears, while rent is paid in advance. You can track your usage on your monthly invoice.

Wallenstam Partner & hidden number
Those who perform work in your building are carefully selected suppliers for Wallenstam. They always carry a Wallenstam partner card, which they should be able to show if needed.
When the property manager contacts you to book a time, they may call from a hidden number – so please keep an eye out for that.
