An exciting development is taking place here, where both creative entrepreneurs and established companies are choosing to rent offices. Several of the tenants are also choosing to continue growing with Wallenstam. Leases have recently been signed for just over 2,600 square meters of office space in the district.
The companies that are choosing to move to the area include players in fields such as tech, law, and architecture - a breadth that reflects the area's attractiveness and dynamism.
Two of the larger office lets are to Kantar Media which is moving to 771 square meters at Kungstorget 2 and the digital business studio Helo and Rebl Industries which previously rented premises at Kyrkogatan 15 and has now expanded to 583 square meters in the Kochska huset building at Korsgatan 12.

The central location, the historic surroundings and proximity to the pulse of the city creates a unique combination, which is much appreciated. In addition, it is particularly satisfying that several players are choosing to grow with us," says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.
