Events during the second quarter, 2025

During the quarter, Wallenstam completed and let 139 apartments in Nacka and Stockholm, which means that just over 1,000 apartments are currently under construction. In addition, Wallenstam divested a property with building rights in the urban development area Mölnlycke Fabriker, an area that Wallenstam owns and has been developing for many years.

During the quarter, Wallenstam completed and let 85 apartments in the project Älta Torg Kv. 1 in Nacka. The project comprises a total of 191 apartments and is now fully completed and fully occupied. All commercial premises on the entrance floors have been leased. Furthermore, an additional 54 apartments in the project Ädellövet in Stockholm were completed and let. The project includes a total of 172 apartments, of which 66 are now occupied.

In total, Wallenstam now has 1,038 apartments under construction.

During the quarter, Wallenstam divested the property Härryda Mölnlycke 1:167 with building rights, as announced in a press release on April 24, 2025. The property is part of the urban development area Mölnlycke Fabriker, which Wallenstam owns and has developed over many years. The building rights in question allow for the construction of approximately 120 homes and were sold through a company transaction to OBOS at an agreed property value of SEK 90 million.
