Three exciting new establishments in the Avenyn area

Gothenburg city center will soon have three exciting new businesses in the Avenyn area. Bram's Burgers will offer new taste experiences on Kungsportsavenyn, and on Engelbrektsgatan both style and inspiration await when EPIC Travelgear and the hairdressing salon Shade open shortly. 

"The Avenyn area is in an exciting phase of development. We are happy to welcome new businesses that further strengthen the area's attractiveness," says Marina Fritsche, Vice CEO and Regional Director Gothenburg at Wallenstam.

In the case of Bram's Burgers, it all began in a small food truck in 2019, where the founders experimented with flavors and ingredients to create their signature burgers. Now Bram's Burgers has grown into a restaurant chain, which will soon have four units, three in Stockholm, one that will open shortly in Uppsala and a fifth one that will open in March 2026 in Wallenstam's premises at Kungsportsavenyen 29. 
"We want to offer a modern interpretation of classic smash burgers with a focus on quality and taste experience. Our vision is to leave a lasting impression on Sweden's culinary landscape; we look forward to becoming part of Avenyn's vibrant restaurant scene and to creating a meeting place for everyone who appreciates really good burgers," says Ahmed Kamil, one of the founders of Bram's Burgers. 

EPIC Travelgear is a Swedish brand from Gothenburg with sustainability, innovation and design in focus. In December, they are opening a store in the Avenyn area at Engelbrektsgatan 34A with quality products for the modern traveler. 
"We look forward to becoming part of Gothenburg's city pulse and to offering travelers premium products featuring innovative Scandinavian design. Our ambition is to continually deliver a better, more sustainable and exciting range of bags and luggage," says Johan Närstad, CEO of EPIC Travelgear.

Next spring, Shade will be welcomed to Engelbrektsgatan 34 - a modern hairdressing salon with a focus on cutting techniques, color, styling and updo hairstyles. The salon is run by Peter Svensson, who has solid experience from the industry and operates several well-known salons.
