Morris Law moves in with Wallenstam

Published 10/29/2025

The business law firm Morris Law has signed a lease for 1,500 square meters in Wallenstam's property at Södra Larmgatan 11 in the Victoria Block, Gothenburg. A modern workplace is being created here, combining office space with open spaces and flexible meeting rooms - all to promote focus and creativity. Occupation is planned for December 2026.

The premises on Södra Larmgatan gives us the best of both worlds: a central location close to our clients and a lovely environment that suits us well. The new shared spaces will become natural meeting places that promote openness and collaboration - while we can also offer a high level of confidentiality when this is needed. Now we are looking forward to moving there in just over one year," says Martin Taranger, CEO of Morris Law.

"We see stable interest in central locations such as the popular Victoria Block area, with direct access to the pulse of the city and natural meeting places. We are delighted to welcome Morris Law to us and to Södra Larmgatan and we look forward to creating a working environment that reflects their business and ambitions," says Marina Fritsche, Vice CEO and Regional Director of Wallenstam in Gothenburg.

The Victoria Block is one of Gothenburg's most dynamic meeting places, where shopping, culture, restaurants and offices come together in a unique environment in the heart of the city's historic center. With Victoriapassagen and Victoriagården as its hubs, the area offers an experience characterized by quality, inspiration and proximity to the pulse of the city.
