Convendum expands in Gothenburg

In total, the letting includes three floors with office and conference space on the seventh, eighth and ninth floors.  

The establishment features several parts, including a conference center and lounge, "Private Office," which is personal office space, and the "Big Office" concept, which are flexible, larger premium offices offering an all-inclusive solution containing furniture, technology and ancillary service. Occupation is expected to start during October 2023.

Wallenstam will now reconstruct and modernize the property and will also add 1.5 floors to it. The reconstruction work is expected to be completed by fall 2023.
